Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that technology can be a confusing so we are here to help you better understand.
Can you tell me if the problem is outside the property or inside?
Yes! We will start by talking to you and finding out your needs. We then conduct a full survey on the service at the point of entry. If the fault is outside you can then contact your ISP to resolve the fault. Take a look at our services page for more details on the process.
I`m only getting half the speed I pay for, can you do anything to get it back?
Yes! In the Consultation survey. Before and after screenshots will be taken connected to the router utilizing hardwire and using WiFi at the original location and then connected directly to the point of entry to the property to determine the true speeds tested in the best scenario. Several options may be available to eliminate things that could have caused the speeds to drop.

What is a Mesh Network?
Mesh networking simply refers to a wireless distributed system. In other words, all mesh nodes can cooperate and contribute to the distribution of data in a network. It gives homes the ability to have multiple access points (nodes), and these access points can cooperate to expand Wi-Fi coverage. We have a whole page dedicated to Mesh WiFi, check it out for more information
